Hi, thanks for stopping by! My name is Alys - pronounced like "a lease", ironic right? Well, only if you're aware that over the past 11+ years, I've been fine-tuning my craft alongside developers, property owners, investors, and their tenants - thousands who entered into a lease written by me and my team! After many major successes in the new construction and rehab world; selling pre-construction multi-million dollar condo communities in record time, and leasing up the city’s hottest new apartment buildings; I gravitated towards a niche group of individuals that just needed more love.
